Rincón de la Victoria features a great variety of street markets which are accessible for both locals and visitors from nearby towns or from far away. There are three different street markets through the year, but only two of them are permanent all year long. The third of them opens only during summer nights.
Both of them feature fashion and complements, footwear, jewelry, local craftwork, decorative items for your home, as well as food with the best fruits and vegetables harvested in the Axarquía area at any time of the year.
Rincón de la Victoria’s Street Market
The street market in Rincón de la Victoria is located in the Huerta Julián esplanade, in Camino Viejo de Vélez and takes place every Wednesday morning (except public holidays). We may enjoy the different stands on any of those days in an uncrowded area.
Opening Hours: 08:00 – 15:00
Cala del Moral’s Street Market
In Cala del Moral, the street market is located in calle Maspalomas (Maspalomas Street). In contrast to the one in Rincón de la Victoria, this one stops by every Friday (except on public holidays).
Opening Hours: 08:00 – 15:00
Summer Nights Street Market
Along with these two permanent street markets all year long, there is a third market in Rincón de la Victoria during summer. At night time, you will be able to visit the night street market in Paseo Marítimo Virgen del Carmen (Seaside Promenade ‘Our Lady of Mount Carmel’), located at Rincón de la Victoria, around the City Tourist Office. The market can be found from Mondays to Sundays, starting on June 15th up until the halfway through September.
Little businesses owners and street vendors gather in more than 35 stands to sell jewelry, gems, fans, incense and other products. A market thought for both locals and the numerous tourists who stop by our town every year.
Opening hours: 19:00 – 0:00 approximately
